Welcome To The Broken Spur
The Broken Spur Steak and Seafood Restaurant in Mauston is dedicated to provide a sophisticated experience in fine dining. Broasted Chicken
Hand dipped, breaded and broasted to order for a crispy, tender and juicy bite.
Bonless Ribeye
Boneless Ribeye
16 ounce cut Ribeye cooked to your liking and topped with garlic compound butter. Served with choice of potato and Chef vegetable. Includes soup and salad bar.
Lobster tails are available to add to all Entrees.
Coconut Shrimp
Six or Ten Pieces of Deep Fried Shrimp with a light and crispy coconut breading. Drizzled with Macadamia-infused oil and served with soup and salad bar, choice of potato and chef vegetable. Includes Soup and Salad Bar.
